Pointer Jeans was founded in 1996 by brothers Pankaj and Vijay Mittal, after starting with four stitching machines in a small rented workshop and about 50 pairs a week.

In 2000, we secured our first warehouse, giving us room to produce and stock more.

By 2005, we were producing 20,000 pieces a year.

In 2010, we were running 20 machines with 15 employees and supplying 50+ retail stores in Bihar, and added cotton pants and formal trousers.

In 2014, we opened a new factory with more space and higher production capacity.

By 2016, we had expanded our supply chain to reach more stores, faster.

By 2020, the brand was gaining media recognition and a loyal following.

In 2026, Pointer Jeans crossed 800 retail stores across Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh, with 100+ staff in our own manufacturing unit.
