Return & Refund Policy – Pointer Jeans

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit right, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• Returns are only accepted for sizing issues or manufacturing defects.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
• For prepaid orders: refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• For COD orders: we’ll request your bank details to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items purchased on clearance/sale
• Innerwear or used clothing
